Trent Dalton

Trent Dalton grew up in a suburb of Brisbane, Australia, and worked as a journalist. His journalism earned him the Walkley Award for Excellence in Journalism twice and the Kennedy Award for Excellence in NSW Journalism four times; he was also named Australian Journalist of the Year on four occasions. His debut novel, “Der Junge, der das Universum verschlang,” became an Australian bestseller, received the Indie Book of the Year Award in 2019, among other distinctions, and was published in 34 countries. His second novel, “Der ganze Himmel,” followed.
