Tor Bomann-Larsen, born in Norway in 1951, is a Norwegian author. His biography of polar explorer Roald Amundsen was inspired by an unusual discovery: in a barn on a farm near Oslo, he happened upon a dusty suitcase containing hundreds of Amundsen’s original letters and documents.
