Toni Coppers

Toni Coppers is a Belgian crime writer. He is known for his Liese Meerhout series, which was adapted into a prime-time television series broadcast in 32 countries. The series was nominated for numerous national and international literary awards and received several prizes. In 2022, Coppers received the Hercule Poirot Lifetime Achievement Award. His German-language debut was The Magritte Case, the first novel in his series featuring former commissioner Alex Berger.
