Tom Kime

Tom Kime worked in renowned restaurants in London and Sydney and cooked alongside Jamie Oliver, among others. He was head chef at restaurants specialising in street food or sustainable seafood and contributed to several television series. His first book received a World Gourmand Award. In 2015, his book “Fish Tales” was named one of the best cookbooks of the previous 20 years at the World Gourmand Awards. Kime also worked as a food consultant, author and presenter.
