Tom Finnek

Tom Finnek is the pseudonym of author Mani Beckmann, who was born in Westphalia in 1965. Beckmann worked as a film journalist and script editor and published Berlin crime novels as well as historical novels set in the moorlands of the Münsterland region under his real name. Since 2009, he has published historical London novels and Münsterland crime novels as Tom Finnek, including *Unter der Asche*, *Gegen alle Zeit* and *Vor dem Abgrund*. He has two sons.
