Tobi Lakmaker

Tobi Lakmaker was born in Amsterdam in 1994. Lakmaker gained recognition in the Netherlands with the debut novel *The History of My Sexuality*. In 2021, Vogue named Lakmaker a literary talent. At the time of the novel’s publication, Lakmaker was still known as Sofie Lakmaker.
