Dr Tim Rohrmann is a qualified psychologist and educational scientist. He was a professor of early childhood education at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hildesheim. He also worked independently for many years in consulting, professional training and research, focusing in part on gender-related development and gender relations in early childhood education centres.
