Tilmann Haberer

Tilmann Haberer (born 1955) studied Protestant theology in Neuendettelsau, Munich and Heidelberg. He then worked for 18 years in various Protestant congregations, including 13 years at St. Luke’s City Church in Munich. After seven years as a freelance pastoral counselor, translator, author and copy editor, he headed the ecumenical crisis and life counseling center Münchner Insel in Munich from 2006 to 2021. He translated books by authors including Richard Rohr and Suzanne Zuercher. His publications include “Gott 9.0 – wohin unsere Gesellschaft spirituell wachsen wird” (co-authored with Marion and Tiki Küstenmacher), “Von der Anmut der Welt” and “Kirche am Ende”. “Sex & Gott & Rock’n’Roll” was his first novel.
