Tia Toomey

Tia Toomey is a CrossFit athlete and Olympic weightlifter. She won the CrossFit Games six times, including a sixth consecutive title in 2022, and earned a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games. Toomey was also the only CrossFit athlete to compete at both the CrossFit Games and the Olympic Games in the same year.
