Thomas Hegemann

Dr. med. Thomas Hegemann is a specialist in psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and psychotherapeutic medicine. He directed psychiatric institutions and worked professionally in England, Spain, Ghana, and Israel. He also worked as a coach, supervisor, and human-resources developer for organizations in the health, social-services, and education sectors. Hegemann was the long-standing head of a systemic training institute, founded and directed the ich schaffs Institute in Munich, and headed InterCultura Munich. His areas of focus included leadership development, team development, intercultural competence, and solution-focused personnel development.
