The Swedish author Thomas Erikson worked as a behavioral expert, leadership coach, and international public speaker. For many years, he coached executives and advised companies and organizations through a consulting firm he led. He became known for the nonfiction book “Surrounded by Idiots” (German title: “Alles Idioten!?”), one of Sweden’s most successful nonfiction books, which was translated into numerous languages. His follow-up, “Surrounded by Psychopaths” (German title: “Hilfe, Psychopathen!?”), also became a bestseller.
