The Silver Spoon Kitchen

The Silver Spoon Kitchen represents the editorial tradition of Il Cucchiaio d’Argento, an Italian cookbook first published in 1950. The work became one of Italy’s most successful cookbooks and brought together hundreds of traditional recipes from regions across the country. Its English edition was published by Phaidon under the title The Silver Spoon. The original work has led to numerous thematic and regional editions, including a volume devoted to Naples and the Amalfi Coast.
