Tete Loeper

Divine Gashugi Umulisa, known by the pseudonym Tete Loeper, was born in Rwanda in 1990. During the genocide against the Tutsi, she lived in exile in Burundi and the Congo. In Rwanda, she worked on research projects with vulnerable girls and young women and led creative-writing workshops. She works as an author, actress and educational consultant focusing on intercultural exchange and global learning.
