Susanne Popp (born 1967 in Speyer) is a German author. She studied journalism and communications and initially worked in advertising before becoming a freelance writer of personal biographies. Her first novel was »Madame Clicquot und das Glück der Champagne«. In her historical fiction, she combines carefully researched facts with fictional elements. Her works include the »Die Teehändlerin« trilogy about the Ronnefeldt family business, the »Loreley« novels, and the »Melodie der neuen Welt« duology.
