Susanne Jansson

Susanne Jansson was born in 1972 in Åmål, a small town near the Norwegian border. She initially worked at an advertising agency in Gothenburg before training as a photographer in New York. After returning to Sweden, she studied journalism and worked as a journalist and photographer. Her debut novel, Opfermoor, was sold to more than 20 countries before publication. Jansson died of cancer in 2019.
