Susanne Goga-Klinkenberg

Susanne Goga-Klinkenberg, born in 1967, studied literary translation at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. Since 1995, she has worked as a literary translator from English and French, translating around 60 works. She publishes novels, particularly historical fiction, under her birth name, Susanne Goga. Her novels include *Die Sprache der Schatten*, which received the DeLiA Literature Prize in 2012, and *Der verbotene Fluss*. She is a member of the PEN Centre Germany.
