Steven Snape

Steven Snape is an author and Egyptologist. He taught at the University of Liverpool and headed its Garstang Museum of Archaeology. Snape directed archaeological excavations in Egypt, including in the eastern Nile Delta, Abydos and Thebes. His research focuses on settlement archaeology, the Ramesside period and the sacred landscapes of ancient Egypt.
