Stephen O'Shea

Stephen O’Shea was a historian and author of numerous books on European history. He moved to Paris in 1980 and, after studying at the Sorbonne and the Institut d’Études Politiques, worked as a France and Europe correspondent for newspapers and magazines including Elle, Variety, The Observer, The Times of London, Harper’s Bazaar, Interview, and Allure. The Alps was his first book to appear in German.
