Stephan Sigg, born in Switzerland in 1983, is a theologian, journalist, and author. He completed his theology degree in Chur in 2007. His professional work included church-based children’s and youth programs, church media, and the education and training of teachers. He also led writing workshops and gave readings for children, young people, and adults. Sigg has published numerous books for these age groups, including the prayer and youth books “Treibstoff” (2007), “Form mich, firm mich” (2008), “Echtzeit” (2012), and “Friedensrap” (2013). He grew up in the St. Gallen Rhine Valley and near Lake Constance, where he developed an early fascination with books, stories, and writing.
