Stephan Schwarz

Stephan Schwarz studied theology, psychology and education. He trained with Richard Bandler, a co-founder of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, in the United States and was described as Germany’s youngest trainer of trainers. Schwarz worked as a psychologist, educator and NLP trainer. For more than three decades, he conducted training programs focused on “NLP in business” and coached small and medium-sized companies and their managing directors, particularly in organizational development, leadership and personal development. Together with Cornelia Schwarz, he was associated with the Leadership Academy in Konstanz.
