Stephan Herzberg

Stephan Herzberg, born in 1978, is a qualified sports teacher who received his doctorate in 2008. From 2001 onward, he taught physical education at primary schools and was involved in teacher training and professional development. He also advised primary schools on sports education and advocated strengthening primary-school physical education through the German Association of Sports Teachers. During his doctoral studies, he researched the foundations and design of child-oriented physical education. He also worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Philosophical Foundations of Theology in Tübingen.
