Stefanie Scharnberg

Stefanie Scharnberg was born in Hamburg in 1967. After training as a bookseller, she studied painting at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence. She returned to Germany in 1992 and initially worked again as a bookseller. From 2001 onward, she focused on illustrating books for children and young adults and worked as a freelance illustrator for various publishers.
