Stefan Willer (born 1970) is a German literary and cultural scholar. He worked as a professor of modern German literature at Humboldt University of Berlin and served as deputy director of the Centre for Literary and Cultural Research from 2010 to 2018. His research has focused on concepts of the future, the cultural history of generation, genealogy and inheritance, and the connections between literature, music and language. His publications include *Poetik der Etymologie* (2003), *Das Konzept der Generation* (2008, co-authored), *Erbfälle* (2014) and *Futurologien* (2016, co-edited).
