Stefan Wilfert

Stefan Wilfert was born in Berlin in 1946 and studied sociology and newspaper studies in Munich. After attending the German School of Journalism, he worked for 15 years as a radio editor at Bavarian Broadcasting. For four years, he served on the jury for the German Children’s and Young Adult Book Prize. From 1988 onward, he worked freelance as an editor, translator, reviewer, games journalist, and author.
