Stefan Fletcher

Stefan Fletcher is a German engineering scholar and technology educator. He was a professor at the Institute of Technology and Technology Didactics at the University of Duisburg-Essen, where he took over the chair for Engineering and its Didactics in 2008. His research has focused on mechanical engineering, teaching methodology, learning processes, and computer-based teaching and learning media. At the University of Duisburg-Essen, he established a video and eye-tracking laboratory. He also served on the executive board of the university’s Centre for Teacher Training and on the scientific advisory board of the Journal of Technical Education.
