Stefan Born

Stefan Born began his involvement in martial arts with wrestling. In 1989, he turned to the Filipino martial art of Escrima, also known as Arnis. For more than a decade, he worked as an operational instructor for the corrections or enforcement service. His work also addresses practical approaches to self-defense, particularly for older people.
