Sonja Blattmann

Sonja Blattmann (born 1962) initially worked as an educator. Through her work at the Child Protection Center in Bremen, she became involved in preventing sexualized violence. In 1992, she co-founded the women’s counseling center in Lörrach. Her first book, “Ich bin doch keine Zuckermaus,” was published in 1994, the same year she completed her training in theater education. In 2003, she obtained a qualification in sex education. In 2011, she co-founded the MuT Center for Violence Prevention with Karin Derks. Blattmann has also worked as an author, lecturer, and children’s songwriter.
