Sloane Crosley

Sloane Crosley is an American author and essayist. Her best-known books include the essay collections “I Was Told There’d Be Cake” and “How Did You Get This Number,” both of which became New York Times bestsellers. “I Was Told There’d Be Cake” was also a finalist for the Thurber Prize. Crosley published her first novel, “Cult Classic,” in 2022.
