Sina Flammang

Born in 1986, Sina Flammang studied literature as well as screenwriting and creative writing, including under Doris Dörrie at the University of Television and Film Munich. She worked as a screenwriter and wrote novels and short stories for children and young adults. In 2011, she received the Junge Ulmer Kunst advancement award in the literature category. Her book *Mädchen aus Papier* was nominated for the Oldenburg Children’s and Young Adult Book Prize in 2014. In 2016, she won an advancement award for the development of the mystery series *Halbstark* from the initiative “Fernsehen aus Thüringen.”
