Simone St. James

Simone St. James worked in the film industry for 20 years before turning fully to writing suspense novels. She wrote her first ghost story while in high school. Her debut novel, *The Haunting of Maddy Clare*, was published in 2012, won several literary awards, and was translated into several languages.
