Simone Munsch

Simone Munsch studied clinical psychology at the University of Basel from 1990 to 1995 and earned her doctorate there in 1999. In 2006, she completed her habilitation at the University of Basel on eating disorders and overweight in children and adults, receiving the venia legendi in psychology. Her research focused on intervention studies and the experimental investigation of the causes of binge-eating disorders and obesity in children and adults. She was also involved in training and supervision within postgraduate behavioral therapy education.
