Simon X. Rost (born 1972) is an author and director. After graduating from the Ludwigsburg Film Academy, he wrote and directed feature films, plays, radio dramas, and novels. His work includes the audio drama series “Die Playmos” and “Big Bobby Car.” He made his feature-film debut with “Besser als Schule,” followed by numerous directing assignments and screenplays for television films. Rost also worked as a lecturer in media and wrote historical novels.
