Simon Schaupp

Simon Schaupp (born 1988 in Freiburg) is a sociologist and author. He worked as a senior research associate at the Chair of Social Structure Analysis at the University of Basel and has researched digitalization and the world of work, as well as historical and contemporary social conflicts. His dissertation, »Technopolitik von unten«, was published in 2021 and received several awards. Together with Tanja Carstensen and Sebastian Sevignani, he edited the volume »Theorien des digitalen Kapitalismus«.
