Simon Bajada

Simon Bajada is an Australian food and travel photographer and author of Maltese heritage. Before focusing on recipe development, food styling and photography, he worked as a trained chef for nine years. In 2019, he won first place at the Pink Lady Food Photography Awards in London. His cookbooks include *The New Nordic* (2015), *Nordic Light* (2016), *Baltic* (2019) and *Malta* (2023).
