Silke Trumpa

Dr. Silke Trumpa is an educational scientist who was a professor at Fulda University of Applied Sciences. There, she taught in the fields of nursing and health and health education, and headed the bachelor’s program in health vocational education. From 2010 onward, she taught full-time at various higher-education institutions. She holds a postdoctoral teaching qualification (Venia legendi) in education and is qualified as a systemic counselor (DGSF) and coach (dvct). Her research and professional interests include the Finnish education system, the implementation of educational innovations, organizational development, vocational education in health, adult-education didactics, parental participation, and qualitative social research.
