Silke Neumayer

Silke Neumayer, born in 1962, is from Zweibrücken, Germany. She studied communication sciences in Munich and completed training at the Munich Screenwriting Workshop. She subsequently worked as a screenwriter for film and television. Her work includes narrative nonfiction and humorous novels for women. Her books »Ich hatte mich jünger in Erinnerung« and »Mit Mann ist auch nicht ohne« achieved major success on the Spiegel bestseller list; »Ich hatte mich jünger in Erinnerung« held the number-one position there for more than six months.
