Shinichi Ishizuka

Shinichi Ishizuka, born in 1971 in Japan’s Ibaraki Prefecture, is a Japanese manga artist. During high school, he played in a brass band. From the age of 22 to 27, he lived in the United States, where he studied meteorology. After returning to Japan, he worked as an office employee before becoming a manga artist.
