Shari Lapena

Shari Lapena is a Canadian novelist. Before turning to fiction, she worked as a lawyer and English teacher. One of her best-known works is the thriller *The Couple Next Door*, which has sold around four million copies worldwide and has been translated into numerous languages. Lapena’s books have appeared in 40 languages and have featured on bestseller lists including those of The New York Times, the Sunday Times and Canada’s Globe and Mail.
