Selda Marlin Soganci

Selda Marlin Soganci (born in 1973 in Hof an der Saale, Germany) studied graphic design with a focus on illustration in Münster. She worked as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator and was also involved in children’s theater, design, and workshops for children and adults. Her first picture book, “Schenk mir Flügel,” received several awards. Books she illustrated include “Von drauß’ vom Walde. Die schönsten Weihnachtsgedichte” and “Lob der Engel.” She primarily used spruce wood as a basis for her drawings and objects.
