Sebastien Braun

Sébastien Braun is a French illustrator born in Strasbourg. He studied fine and applied art at the University of Strasbourg and subsequently qualified as an art teacher. After teaching applied art, he initially worked as a freelance illustrator in France. In 2000, he moved to London and thereafter focused primarily on illustrating children’s books. His publishing clients have included Egmont, Nosy Crow, Simon & Schuster, Little Tiger Press, HarperCollins and Scholastic. He received the Sheffield Children’s Book Award for the picture book *Kannst du es auch sagen? Wau! Wau!*.
