Sebastian Junge is a chef trained in haute cuisine. He previously led a farm kitchen and ran the organic restaurant Wolfs Junge in Hamburg, which received a Green Michelin Star. His gastronomic projects also included an organic farm café south of Hamburg. Junge was a member of the Slow Food Chefs Alliance.
