Seanan McGuire

Seanan McGuire (born in 1978 in California) received the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer in 2010. In 2013, she became the first person to appear five times on the same Hugo Award ballot. She wrote numerous urban fantasy, science fiction, and horror novels. For »Der Atem einer anderen Welt«, she received the Hugo, Nebula, Locus, and Alex Awards.
