Sarah Vecera

Sarah Vecera, born in 1983, studied theology, religious education and social pedagogy in Kassel and Bochum. She worked as a theologian, religious educator and educational specialist with the United Evangelical Mission (VEM), focusing among other topics on racism, the church and intersectionality. Vecera published the books *Wie ist Jesus weiß geworden? Mein Traum von einer Kirche ohne Rassismus* and *Gemeinsam anders* and hosted the podcast *Stachel & Herz*. She also initiated the *Alle Kinder Bibel*, which presents Bible stories for children from a critical perspective on discrimination.
