Sarah Marie

Sarah Marie (born 1999) is a German author and poet. She studied German and media studies in Bonn. Her first spoken-word publication appeared on YouTube in 2014, followed by her first audiobook in 2019. She became known in part for a text addressed to Instagram that received nearly one million views in January 2021. Her published poetry collections include “himmelhochjauchzend gedankenvertieft” (2022) and “Im großen Ganzen hoffnungsvoll” (2023), both released by LAGO Verlag. Her writing combines personal reflection with social and interpersonal themes.
