Sarah Lark (born 1958) is the pseudonym of a German writer. Before becoming known as an author, she worked for many years as a tour guide. Her novels about New Zealand and the Caribbean, as well as her stories about emigration, family generations and family secrets, have reached an international readership; her books are published in more than 20 countries. She also publishes historical novels under the name Ricarda Jordan. Sarah Lark has been involved with horses since childhood and, in addition to novels for younger readers, has published books about horse care and keeping.
