Sara Raasch became known for young adult fiction and romance novels for adults. Her debut novel, “Snow Like Ashes,” reached the New York Times bestseller list. She later published “The Nightmare Before Kissmas” as her first new adult romantic comedy. At the age of five, she sold handmade picture books, an early sign of her enthusiasm for books.
