Sara Nuru

Sara Nuru was born in Bavaria in 1989. In 2009, she won first place on the television show “Germany’s Next Topmodel” and became known as a model. She also worked as a public speaker and served as an ambassador for the organization Menschen für Menschen. In 2017, she co-founded the food start-up nuruCoffee and the association nuruWomen with her sister Sali. The association supports women in Ethiopia, her parents’ country of origin and the birthplace of coffee, in starting businesses.
