Sanna Marin

Sanna Marin served as Prime Minister of Finland and as chair of the Social Democratic Party of Finland. During her tenure, she led a parliamentary coalition whose participating parties were headed by women, as well as a cabinet with a majority of women. Her government introduced reforms in areas including climate protection, the equal sharing of parental leave, healthcare, education and human rights.
