Sachiyo Harada

Sachiyo Harada was born in Hokkaido, Japan, and lived in Tokyo for many years. After around 20 years as a fashion designer, she turned to professional cooking. She trained at the Ferrandi school in Paris and worked in top restaurants. Harada is known as a food stylist, cookbook author, and columnist for Figaro Japon, also published as Madame Figaro Japan.
