Sabine Seyffert

Sabine Seyffert (born 1970) is a state-certified educator, relaxation pedagogue and psychological counsellor. She also trained as a Bach flower therapist. She has published numerous books and other works on relaxation for children and has been involved in training and further education in relaxation pedagogy since 1999. Seyffert is the mother of four children.
